One more reason to get better at managing your time, money, and energy

During a (purposefully) unproductive Internet session the other day, I came across this awesome image that I couldn’t help but share:

I’m not sure where the image originally came from, and even though I’ve only gone through the “young” phase (looking at my wallet, I’m definitely going through that phase right now), I love this picture.

Sure, productivity is about the day-to-day: managing your time, energy, moneyattention, and other resources to get more done with less. But I think it’s just as important to have a big-picture perspective on why you want to be productive in the first place, and how your position in life (your job, family, income, etc.) affects the resources you have, namely your time, money, and energy.
